This home suffered a typical problem- a great neighborhood but a home lacking the contemporary needs and size requirements of most families. An addition was constructed on the rear of the home to provide a large kitchen and spacious open plan living areas on the first floor and a generous owner's suite on the second. The new layout provides better access and integration with the existing swimming pool and rear yard for entertaining.
